This is a client facing contract opportunity for 50+ hours/month to start, that will work alongside our Client Services and Strategy teams. It will help elevate our clients’ online presence by executing on channel specific social media strategies and by contributing to email and content strategies bringing them to life across a variety of platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create content for, manage and tactically execute on B2B social media marketing client work including planning, scheduling, sending, posting, and reporting.
Run the day-to-day activity for our clients’ social channels, implementing a mix of both organic and paid posts, experimenting with different tactics, reporting on the results, and ensuring all outwards communication is on brand and maintains a consistent voice and tone
Create and execute paid campaign strategies and report on results including: building a campaign media plan and results forecast, identifying content and creative needs for campaigns based on research and analysis, setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns in a variety of ad platforms and distilling campaign data from various sources into performance reports.
Work with our Client Services and Strategy teams in a client facing role to defend, present and speak on the work you deliver.
Contribute to conversations in relevant forums to bring awareness to our clients’ brands, as well as plan and execute social campaigns to deliver on goals.
Use social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, to schedule and manage client social media accounts.
Post and engage on these platforms natively, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Pull and report on data from various sources using a range of web and social analytics tools
WHO YOU ARE
3 years professional/client facing experience in B2B social media marketing and copywriting with a writing portfolio demonstrating this experience
Knowledge of social media, community management, analytics, and listening tools. Certifications such as Hootsuite Academy are a plus
Experience managing and executing paid social campaigns on (but not limited to) the following platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
Familiar with social media best practices and comfortable navigating various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Reddit, Quora
Strong oral and written communication skills
Familiar with Facebook Business Tools (Power Editor, Analytics, Audiences, Catalogs, etc.)
Strong understanding of web publishing principles and concepts
NICE TO HAVES
Experience working with influencers
Experience doing SEO, keyword, and competitor research using a variety of tools such as Google Trends, Buzzsumo, Moz, and SEMRush
Experience managing and executing paid search, and programmatic campaigns on (but not limited to) the following platforms: Google Ads (search, display, YouTube), Outbrain, Taboola, StackAdapt
Strong understanding of SEO, familiar with SEO analysis and best practices
Experience with Adobe’s suite of tools including InDesign and Photoshop
Experience with modern CMS & web publishing platforms like WordPress
