Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, as Head of Product for Quietly Insights, you will oversee product strategy, development, revenue generation and growth while acting as CEO with team management responsibility. This is not your typical Product Manager position as it requires you to manage the business side including budgeting, margin tracking and hiring.
You will stay current and become a subject matter expert in content marketing trends including the distribution across media channels. You have the confidence and track record to own and manage a product, challenging long-standing assumptions about how content is used across all facets of the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage a small, high performing team of seven including three software developers, a Designer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Product Manager and Data Scientist
Own the Quietly Insights product feature-set definition including managing the development team and deployment schedule
Define, launch, and optimize a user acquisition strategy
Become a subject matter expert of the content marketing software landscape including conducting competitive analyses
Identify potential integrations & partnerships of tools or channels
Define and analyze metrics that determine the success of product initiatives
Resource planning including recruitment strategy, execution and budgeting
Establish key performance indicators and report on monthly and quarterly goals
Communicate updates to internal and external product stakeholders
Identify relevant conferences for speaking engagements to promote Quietly Insights, attend events and conferences, identify and represent Quietly with key associations or meetups
Minimum 5+ years experience in SaaS product management with product strategy, development, revenue generation and growth responsibility
A history of having managed small teams including developers where you have set/managed C-level stakeholder expectations, and multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven environment
A track record of championing product vision across the company and building consensus on priorities to achieve results
Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations
Empathy with customers and a firm pulse on industry direction
Experience in a startup environment - you’re accustomed to flat infrastructures and have a great sense of humour
NICE TO HAVES
Business Analysis/Business Intelligence experience
Experience in MarTech e.g. analytics, marketing automation, email marketing, customer relationship management, ecomm, etc.
