Working in concert with our Content, Client Services, and Business Development teams, you will be responsible for delivering an array of strategic work while building out new capabilities and refining frameworks.
You bring experience from global, top-tier creative and/or digital agencies, and the confidence to work on completely new types of projects; challenging long standing assumptions, defending contemporary methods and recommendations, and delivering high-value client work for category-leading organizations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design, scope and conduct research and analysis (qualitative and quantitative, primary and tertiary)
Execute various forms of auditing and planning work (ie brand, media/comms/connections, content/creative, customer/user experience, etc)
Support in consultative engagements
Drive conversations with senior stakeholders in current and prospective accounts, assessing needs and identifying opportunities
Proactively stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and MarTech advancements
Input on the continual improvement of Quietly’s strategic service offerings
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to implement and drive measurable results
Conduct research to uncover core customer and industry insights that inform proposed solutions, and if applicable, corresponding partnerships
Work with team on Quietly’s own Brand and Marketing efforts
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Experience working on high-profile, global brands in both B2C and B2B environments
Strong ability to communicate, influence and persuade effectively with all internal and external stakeholders at all decision making levels
Strong understanding of strategy’s role in an integrated and converged MarCom landscape (owned, earned, and paid)
Google Analytics (web analytics)
Constant Contact/Hubspot/Marketo/etc. (email and marketing automation)
Brandwatch/Buzzsumo (social listening)
Google Trends/SEMRush/Moz/Google Keyword Planner/etc. (search and SEO)
Strong understanding of MarCom KPIs, performance measurement, and/or attribution
A track record of managing customer relationships and expectations through effective interpersonal communication, negotiating and partnering
Strong project management experience including scoping and task management
Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents, proposals and presentations
Strong research and analytical skills - you need to be comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative data
Our headquarters are located in an incredible converted two-storey live-work space with a gorgeous rooftop patio in the heart of historic Gastown. The building and first floor of our unit are accessible spaces. We’re also open to folks working remotely within North American time zones.
